Safai Kelly dives into the Wahala II Collection by Juvia's Place, which includes a full 30 eyeshadow palette, a mini gloss and liquid lipstick. The word "wahala" is a Nigerian word meaning drama, trouble and intensity, and this palette was heavily inspired by the Festac Mask with a colorful twist.
This palette was strategically organized by grouping the six rows by different color stories, such as ice cold, periwinkle, cobalt, aquamarine, orange and pink shimmer. Follow Safai Kelly's tutorial as she creates a monochromic, shimmery blue eye shadow look. She finishes the look off with the Scorpio lip liner and the the mini lip gloss Petty Betty.
